The first installment is our Morning Show segment, in which Paul "Fetch" Carnes calls in and talks to TOMOR and Derick Feire. A trip in the Mystery Machine not withstanding this shit gets weird. From Occupy Boston, to DJ's spinning in the backs of limos Pauly boy sure knows how to talk some kind of game, but first some background info.
The Boston Phoenix via intrepid journalist cum author and urban adventurer; Chris Faraone covered Paul Carnes' brief stint at Occupy Boston and his summary ejection. Follow up reports from Phoenix staff covered the resulting legal backlash in both directions between OB and Carnes. Occupy Boston also released a statement regarding their official position on "Fetch" and a new outlook on financial accountability sparked by their encounter with Carnes.
The Boston Herald and ABC local nightly news (channel 5) provided a different perspective on the situation. The Herald, seems to have taken Carnes' side of things or at least didn't talk to Occupy. While Channel 5 saw fit to just stick a camera in his face. UNregular Radio caught "Carnes Fever" as well, conducting an interview when he called in last October to tell his side of the story.
